| APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is a fund paid in advance by the Client to cover expenses incurred during the charter, such as fuel, food and beverages, port fees, and other guest-related costs. The captain manages these funds and keeps detailed records of all expenditures. At the end of the charter, a full account is provided. | Flexible booking gives you the freedom to cancel or rebook your charter up to 30 days before embarkation without providing a reason. The fee is 7% of the final charter price, and you can reschedule your holiday unlimited times at no extra cost or opt for a credit note if your new travel dates are not yet confirmed.
If you choose to cancel, refund-related charges are reduced to 15% of the charter fee (minimum €350).
